Your account and photos

Sign-in identifies your account so that your credit balance, purchases and videos belong to you. We store the photos you upload, generation settings and task records to deliver the video service. Upload only photos you have permission to use.

AI processing

When you generate a video, your pet and coach photos and the template reference are sent to KIE for processing with Kling. KIE also hosts temporary input and output files under its own retention rules. AI results can vary.

Downloads and retention

Completed video downloads are available in this application for 72 hours after completion. An expired download does not mean that a supplier has deleted its copy. Financial and task records may remain for account support and reconciliation. Uploaded photos remain private to your account in application storage.

Payments

Local simulated checkout does not collect real money. A live payment provider, when enabled, processes payment details; this application does not store card numbers.

Your controls

Download a copy of your completed video within the access period. Do not upload sensitive personal information.
